Academic users
We gladly welcome you and your students to use our lab! Below are estimated fees for academic users who wish to prepare their samples in our lab based on each instrument and the type of use. Fees are subject to change at any time, so please contact Dr. Meagen Pollock before quoting our prices.
Note that all operators of Wooster’s X-ray instruments must complete radiation safety training prior to running the equipment.

Use is charged on a per-hour basis at a rate of $15/hour.
Publication of Results
In all publications and presentations that include results from this lab, please acknowledge NSF grant EAR-0958928 and send a copy of the abstract or manuscript to Dr. Meagen Pollock.
